For our basic $39.99 per month you can have three payroll checks per pay period and a payroll every week.
Additional payroll checks cost $1.50 per pay period.
In addition all payroll tax reports are included, on-line payment of those taxes, all quarterly tax reporting and W-2's at year end.

How does on-line payroll work?
It's a very easy and cost effective way to administor your payroll. Be sure to look at our comparison shop page.
We have three methods for you to get us your information.
1. We'll supply you with and envelop for you to send in your hours.
2. You can e-mail in your hours to your private account provided by us. (method used by most and the least expensive)
3. You can call in your hours on a toll free number.
We then complete your payroll and pay all your payroll taxes then we can use either of these methods to return it to you.
1. Mail it back with pay stubs, printed checks if you wish us to print them, payroll reports and a new envelope for next pay period.
2. E-mail you all pay stubs and reports and you can write you checks from the payroll check register. (method used by most and the least expensive)
